Menu Plan Monday
If we happen to be Facebook friends, I'm TOTALLY not talking about you. This girl doesn't read my blog. Seriously. Although if you are taking pics of yourself with your phone and making weird faces...we might need to talk.
Anyway. Here's my menu. Doubt I'll stick to it because I'm not in the mood to cook...
Monday: we have gymnastics till five thirty, so from now on, Mondays will be crockpot days. Tonight, I picked up this yummy looking chicken alfredo bake from Costco (or is it Cosco, no T?) and we're going to just heat that sucker up. Wish I had a salad to go with it. I gained three pounds while they were here. But more on that later.
Tuesday: chicken taquitos. I pinned this months ago, and I'm finally going to just do it already. I also got a seven layer dip from Costco (or Cosco) and I plan on tearing that mother up. About those three pounds...
Wednesday: fish tacos. Nick doesn't have duty (HOORAY!!) so he just has to pick one of the many recipes I've pinned...and then make it. Easy peasy. For me.
Thursday: I have weight watchers, so spaghetti and meat sauce in the crockpot. I tore out a recipe for semi homemade meat sauce in the Good Housekeeping so I might try that. Or I might throw a jar of Prego in the crockpot with some hamburger. OR I might pick up a fancy sauce at Whole Foods tomorrow...hmmm...
Friday: HUNGER GAMES!!!! Kids are on their own, I'm leaving at five. So leftover spaghetti anyone? And probably PF Chang's for me and Nick. Seriously, no idea how I gained three pounds. It's weird!
And I don't plan on weekends anymore. Just don't feel like it.
