Weight Check Wednesday

Well I'm down one point two from last week, but I have no idea what I weighed last time I check in with ya'll.  I've lost half a pound from where I was the day before my parents got here.  Which is BETTER than I'd hoped for, so I can't complain.  I'm point four away from another five pounder, and this is a big one: THE ONE FIFTIES!!!

I.  CAN'T.  WAIT.

Ugh.  How depressing to be so stoked about getting into the one fifties.

But I am!! So.  Normally, when I hit these five pounders, I've been buying a Killers album.  Well, since I started at a whopping one eighty six, I've already bought all the albums!! Can you believe that? So this time, I guess I'll either be getting a Mumford and Sons album, or just a fifteen dollar giftcard so I can make a playlist from all the stuff I've bookmarked on Pandora.  Oooh, or that Fun. album.  Have ya'll heard it? It sounds a lot like Queen.  But different.  If you make a Pandora station with just Fun. it's pretty awesome.  After you thumbs down all the Beatles crap they throw in...

So, I worked my tail off to get all the pics loaded into page templates for the book of our summer with my parents, then today I tried to open them all and start adding the papers and embellishments.  PSE has crashed no less than six times so far.  Does anyone know what's up with that? I mean, yes, the kit is pretty big.  But I have a Mac Mac.  It has like a thousand gigabites (if that's a real thing, I'm reading the info panel because I don't know what I'm talking about) and I'm only using a hundred and seventy four of them.  So that's like eight hundred and fifty leftover.  But when I open the papers (there's twenty seven) it says I don't have enough ram then crashes.

I'm sorry, what? It's a Mac Mac!! Now, I don't know if gigabites are different than ram, but I feel like if I'm only using seventeen percent of the hard drive, I should have enough ram to run scrapbooks on PSE.  Right?!?!

Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?  I just searched for 'ram' in the Mac search thingie and it directed me to my iTunes folder, where I have an episode of Friends called "The One Where Dr. Ramoray Dies."  Um, that's not quite what I'm looking for.

Anyway.  Now I think I'll just quit and go watch Friends.  Let me know if you know anything about ram.

And as a side note, there's this girl I used to babysit, Alexa.  Ya'll have heard me talk about her.  Well, she's younger than me, but her parents are still older than me.  They're like PARENTS, you know? Like mine.  So when I first got Baby Mac, I could NOT for the life of me figure out how to click through all my pictures at once.  So after a week of opening EACH of my two hundred pictures in Preview, closing it, then opening the next one, I got on FB and asked for help.

And her DAD told me how to do it.

What's more embarrassing that bragging about getting to a hundred and fifty nine pounds? Someone's DAD helping you figure tech stuff out, that's what.
